從日本帶著滿滿新希望～安全回來了了⋯⋯（但目前被排擠中）

We have got a lot of powers from Japan, and we reached home safely!

 

出發前籌備3-4個月～
除了的忙著展前的規劃、設計、各種資料和海報，我們幾乎自己設計完成！

每天和日本的Chisa熱線聯絡事項變成家常，我想她老公都要吃醋了!

 

其中還有一項最難的任務是～如何不浪費紙張又被丟棄，我們必需這樣做，所以決定把它變成的故事小冊子！

 

日本的夥伴們也達成共識，每一本必須講解後才發送，我們哈日五人組（Su，Chisa， YUMI，蕙芬姐，小白）真的做到了，在270本中，每一本用有趣的說明，約5-30分鐘才會發送到他們手中！
經由獨特介紹方式～讓日本人真的不愛我們都不行，獨特旅遊風格，這絕對是真心的，不是客氣～因為我們真的可以感受到!

在小小的兩個攤位，絡繹不絕商談，他們又握手，又拍照，突然間覺得我們好像明星，哈哈~

 

The three months before we take the plane...
We are busy with the exhibition plan, design and posters. We did them all by ourself.

I am alway on the phone with Chisa who is living in Japan. I think that will make her husband jealous.

 

The hardest mission is how to make brochures workable.

 

We have to provide a description of these brochures before we hand them out. And we made it! We hand these 270 brochures out with vivid description. Each one will take 5 to 30 minutes.
Japanese love us so much because of our vivid description and the unique travel plans. And you know they are truly love us, we can feel it!

In our little two booths, visitors came in an endless stream. They shake hands with us and take our pictures. We are just like stars, haha.

 

每個商談的代表，一直誇獎我們的獨特特色旅行，完全顛覆他們從來沒有新思維!

The clients who had meeting with us were surprised that our original travel plans are never heard of before.

 

 

 

我們知道一場展覽下來會製造很多大型的垃圾

 

我們想要把垃圾降到最低，這次我們也做到了，展覽結束，我們的垃圾只有寄去的紙箱，和一個破掉的收納盒外，最後只有半包垃圾。

 

We know how much solid waste will be generated in an exhibition.

 

We want to reduce waste, and we made it this time. After the exhibition, we left only the cartons and a broken box. In the end we only got half bag of garbage.

 

 

這次除了橡實的秘密行程外，我們又多了8種天文旅行，其中一種，我們也製作DM介紹，活動即將在希辣小屋～地球總部開始

我們規劃了＂天文半日遊行星宇宙課程＂，裡面包含了藝術，天文，並且圖中位置是如何計算這些天文數字和比例。

 

Besides the Acorn secret tour plans, we've got 8 more astronomical tour plans. Now we are planning to start one of the astronomical tours from The Little House.

We schedule a "half day tour to learn about astronomy". You can learn about art, astronomy events, planets and galaxies in this half day tour.

 

 

出發前最後一刻～前往日本參展的前一天，我們終於收到了最嚴格的藝文中心的公文

 

確定4月8～30號2023年展出～我們的作品終於受到肯定，在台中的屯區藝文中心嚴格審核下，宇宙系列作品被錄取了。太開心了! 將在300坪的展示場展覽

如果可以～很希望大家都可以來參觀，我們會用最熱情的解說，來告訴你們，我們所知道的宇宙天文知識!

 

The last day before we fly to Japan, we received the official document from the cultural center which the acceptance rate is very low.

 

We will exhibit our works in this cultural center on 04/08/2023 – 04/30/2023. We are so excited cause our works are approved by the Taichung city Tun district art center. And the exhibition room is 10,677 square feet!!

We sincerely hope you can attend. We will do our best to let you get more knowledge of the universe.

 

 

 

 

剛好也完成了一個太陽作品～龍生九子，但它居然有三隻龍角!?

 

We just finished a new work - The Sun. The legend dragon has 9 sons, and this son has 3 horns.

The stuff we need to take to Japan is all ready. There are so many things!

 

The visa, PCR test, Japanese version LINE stickers, 3 cartons full of hard copies, partitions, 2 pieces of luggage, a carry-on baggage, 2 laptops, business cards, admission tickets, socks, toothbrush…

申請line 貼圖也才發現一些有趣的特殊狀況

例如：
有豬團案，印尼不可以通過。

有人魚不穿衣服太煽情，不可以通過，最後硬加一件阿嬤牌泳衣才通過。

有軍人服裝在韓國，澳門香港不能通過～這個原因無法說明 哈哈~

日文有完成60% （愷恩70%，士崎，Nini，Chisa）一起協助完成

 

這次的參展，連主辦單位都誇獎我們，才是是真正有冒險攤位的風格！

 

他們辦這麼多年，第一次看到這樣有特色的旅遊方式，還跑來兩次特別幫我們加油!
最後連住在日本的台灣部落原住民，他們組成一個小團隊來展場表演，當知道我們來自台灣，在這邊參展過來幫我們加油打氣。

We have to apply to LINE company for a sticker permit. And something interesting happened.

For example,
If there is a pig in your siticker in Indonesia, your organization will be rejected.

If there is a naked mermaid in your sticker, your organization will be rejected. You need to put a swimsuit on it.

If there is a soldier in your sticker in Korea, Macao and Hongkong, your organization will be rejected. I can’t tell you why.

This time in EXPO Japan 2022, the organizer commended us for the style of adventure.

 

Our unique travel plans are too fresh to make them couldn’t help rooting for us.
We met indigenous people from Taiwan. Although they are living in Japan now, they decided to form a group to perform at this exhibition. And they also rooting for us when they noticed that we are from Taiwan too.
