這故事從兩年前的今天開始～
2019年我們第一次踏上這個充滿戰爭故事的小島，這個小島上的人們都很友善，友善到買麵包居然送麵包～
熟悉語言陌生環境，團體也慢慢開始前往小島，隨即而來也遇到了很多問題，很慶幸遇到這位導遊，樣子有點像地頭蛇，但其實是個帥氣熱血青年，
只要有問題請他幫忙，他話不多也不囉嗦……只會說好！沒問題～隨後幫忙把所有問題全部搞定。
因為他的幫忙，就這樣順利的完成大大小小團體～

この物語は二年前の今日から始まったのです～
２０１９年、私たちが初めてこの戦争の痕だらけの島にのぼりました。島民たちは優しい。パンを買ったらまたほかのパンがもらえるの程度でした。
言語や環境に慣れていたら、チームはゆっくり小島に行きましたが、問題がどんどん来ました。ただし、このガイドさんのおかげで、私たちは問題があれば、彼はいつも話しもなく文句もなくて、「はい！」しか言わないのです。その後、全部の問題がなくなっちゃっいます。彼は地頭みたいですが、カッコいくて熱血な少年でした。
彼の助けがあるこそ、私たちのツアーチームはうまくいけるのです。

It is pop-up the pictures of October 8th for two years ago on the smartphone.
This story starts on this day two years ago.
We first set foot on this island, where is full of war stories in 2019. The people on this island are very friendly, so friendly that you can get bread free when you buy bread.
A familiar language and an unfamiliar environment. The tour groups gradually have been traveling to this island and the consequent has many problems. Luckily, we met a tour guide, who knows well in here and also is a handsome and passionate youth.

因為小島的旅行，所以……有了靈感。
靈感來自這個小島，第一顆手繪地球在這份感動下完成了~也開始了不可思議的繪畫日子～

小島の旅があったため、インスピレーションが来た。
インスピレーションはこの小島からのです。初の手作りの地球がこの感動を基づいて、完成されました。不思議の画きの日々も迎え始めました。

讓我們感動的人這時出現了，在我們最困難5～8月，在像大姐般的客人的鼓勵和支持下，她豪爽的訂下所有我們設計產品，她說她全部都支持！

最も困難な時期（五月～八月）に、私たちを感動させる方が現れました。お姉さんみたいで、私たちを励まして支えてくださいました。お姉さんが全部デザインした作品をご注文を頂きました。
当社のすべてを応援しますって言いました！
The second touching.
A person who is touched us appeared at this moment when the most difficult time from May to August for us. A client, who is like an older sister, encouraged and supported us. She ordered all our design works, and she said she supported all of them!

第三個感動
農曆新年，中秋節一定要來了希辣小屋，約定好了，連耶誕節也要再來，他們把一年中最重要節日，選擇來台南與我們相聚，
她們家族就像家人般對的我們好，每次相聚的歡笑聲，把整個希辣小屋變得很熱鬧。
他們從旅行到餐廳，到最近設計作品宇宙圖，到小小手作她們都很喜愛，很乾脆喜歡就打包帶回家，真的很感謝她們一家族的支持！

第四個感動
前幾天一通越洋電話從美國打來，她也是一個豪爽的客人，她要我們幫她買機票從美國到加拿大，一般來說這樣機票，英文很好的她，直接上網訂就可以，
我們說明台灣買價格會高很多，她卻只說～交代給你們橡實我放心，她曾說過，收取較高費用卻相對獲得好的服務是值得，我們心裡知道，她其實就是希望給我們生意做，
交代完她的需求，她就把"黑卡"傳給我們，完全不擔心,只就說萬一他睡了，我們就自己先刷卡，這樣信任，我想我們不感動真的也很難。
第五個感動
將近100人尾牙，原本就是吃飯而已，老闆突然說改去南投旅行，順便一起尾牙，指定給橡實做，就是希望我們有生意做，
每次在很緊張時刻，他總是默默出手，這次還在團體報價後，還把團費加價讓我們多利潤一些，而且隔幾天把所有團費一次付清，
這是怎麼樣的狀況，一定要我們感動到哭嗎？
好吧！我們其實不擅長說什麼感性的話~對你們……
你們用信任、乾脆、豪爽、不囉嗦方式對我們好。
我們會記得，所以把你們對我們得好，全部放在這個完成手作宇宙立體畫裡，用宇宙來表示滿滿的感謝，因為你們幫忙支持，所以我們可以完成這個作品！
三つ目の感動
「旧暦新年の中秋節は必ず希辣小屋(シーラーシャオーウー)に来てください！クリスマスも見逃さないのだ！」と約束しました。彼らは一年中大きな祝日に、台南に来て、私たちと一緒に過ごすのです。
彼の家族皆さんは家族のようにいつも優しくしてくれます。毎回の出会い、
笑い声はいつも希辣小屋(シーラーシャオーウー)を賑やかにさせます。
彼らはうちのツアープラン、レストラン、手作りもの、最近始めた天文の図鑑まで、すべてのすべとを愛して応援してくださって、本当にありがたいのです。

四つ目の感動
先日、ある国際電話が来ました。向こうのお客様（女性）はさっぱりしています。彼女はアメリカからカナダまでの飛行機チケット予約を頼みました。こういうチケットは、英語上手の彼女にとっては、自分で予約すれば簡単に済むことですが。台湾で予約したら値段はより高いですよって直接説明しましたが、彼女は「ドングリツアー（当社）に任せたら、安心です。」って言いました。「値段が高くても良いサービスがもらえるに値するわ！」と昔、彼女はこう言いました。実は、彼女は当社を商売繁盛させるようにしているだけのです。
チケットの情報を詳しく教えもらったら、彼女はブラックカードの番号を私に送っていました。「時差があるから、もし私が寝ちゃったら、先にクレジットカードを使ってもいいですよ」と言いました。当社をこんなに信頼してくれたりして、心配せずにこう言ったのが、私達を感動させました。
五目の感動
ある会社は、百人の忘年会を開く予定だったですが、社長はいきなり南投の旅も加えていました。ツアープラン担当は当社に指定しました。
きつい時期に、彼はいつも当社にお世話になっております。今回のツアープランの価格を教えたら、彼はちょっと値段を高くなってほしいと言っただけでなく、数日にも経たずに費用を全部払ってました。
一体、どんなことですか？ 感動でたまらないのです。
ま～私はね、感性の言葉を言うなんて、苦手です。
私たちに信頼されたりして、さっぱりされたりして、私は一生忘れずに、この気持ち心に置きます。皆さんの優しさを今作っている宇宙の作品に注ぎます。これらの作品に感謝をを～皆さんが応援してくださるこそ、無事に作品
を完成しました。
The third touching.
They promised to come to the Little House in Lunar New Year and Moon Festival even on Christmas. They chose to get together with us in Tainan at these important festivals of the year.
Their family treats us as a family. The laughter of every reunion made the Little House bustling with activity.
They support us from travels to this restaurant, to recently the design universe picture, to small hand-made works, which they all love very much. Directly take their favorite to go. It is appreciated this family has been supporting us.

A few days ago got a call from the USA, and she is a straightforward client. She would like us to help her to buy a flight ticket from the USA to Canada. Generally, she can directly buy it online because she speaks English very well.
We explained that the price would be more expensive if she bought this ticket from Taiwan; however, she said that she rests assured to have us Acorn Tour. She once said that the price higher the service is well of worth. But we know she would like to do business with us.
We had completed her requirement she offered her "Black Card" to us without any concern. She only told us that we could use her card in case if she had fallen asleep. Such a trust that I thought it hard not to be touched.
The fifth touching.
This case just arranged a meal in the year-end party for almost a hundred employees; however, the owner decided to travel to Nantou while at the year-end party.
He always helps us at the tight moment. He also increased the tour fee after we had quoted the price to let us get more profitable in this case. Besides, he paid all the payments a few days later.
What is the situation now? Do we have to let us so moved to cry?
All right! Actually, we are not good at saying any emotional words to you.
