Today our main story is about Black-faced Spoonbills.
我們決定設計一道黑面料理，會用黑面的肉嗎？
最近有機會一直回到台南，讓我們再次尋找到更多有關生態的故事......
我們靈感來自四面八方，所以也決定設計一道”黑面琵鷺料理”(當然不會用黑面琵鷺的肉)……
私達は、クロツラの料理をデザインします。クロツラヘラサギの肉を使うのか！？
最近、台南に帰る機会が多くなり、私達にもっとたくさんの生態のストーリーを見つけました。インスピレーションは色んな所から集まるこそ、
私は「クロツラの料理」を作り始めました。（勿論、クロツラヘラサギの肉を使いませんＷＷＷ）
We have decided to design a black-faced dish. Does it use the meat of Black-faced birds?
Recently, we have been a lot of chances to go back to Tainan that let us can find more stories about ecology again. Our inspirations come from everywhere, accordingly, we've designed a Black-faced Spoonbill dish. (Of course, can not using the meat of Black-faced Spoonbills.)

雖然目前呈現只是一個黑面的造型，但是小小一盤，裡面藏著很多意義……
1、黑面一部分來自南北韓交接處，冬天也會飛到韓國南部濟州島，所以我們放上來自韓國的造型小魚，小螃蟹的餅乾～因為小魚蝦是黑面的主要食物。
2、田裡有白鷺鷥表示生態共存無毒耕種……黑面琵鷺和大白鷺是一起覓食共患難的好朋友，所以我們使用了～鷺巡一等米。
3、希辣小屋自種的無農藥香草～薄荷葉。
4、台南鹽地無農藥的番茄～號稱帥哥。
希望透過這道黑面琵鷺料理了解更多黑面琵鷺和候鳥故事。

【故事】
9月中旬，北方冷冷北風開始吹起，是啟程時候了。領頭的黑面一聲長鳴，長達2000多公里旅途17-20天遷徙之旅即將開始。
如何順利帶領大家完成這一趟生存之旅......
在強風中領頭鳥真的很帥氣
頂著強風帶頭飛行的牠，為了是讓夥伴可以減少了阻力和體力耗損。
【趣味】猜猜看，黑面為什麼會有爆炸頭？
1、是因為要領頭飛行，所以才被風吹的變成爆炸頭。
2、是因為受到驚嚇或生氣時，才氣到變爆炸頭。
3、是因為有爆炸頭的黑面比較帥，才有女朋友。
今は、ただのクロツラの様子なんだけど、この小さい皿は、たくさんの意味が含まれています。
1. 一部のクロツラヘラサギは韓国と北朝鮮の境界線から来たのです。冬の時には、韓国の南部に位置する済州島に移動します。ですので、
韓国のお菓子のくじらごはん（日本のおっとっとと同じように、小魚やカニの形がある）でクロツラヘラサギの隣に置きました。
なぜならば、クロツラヘラサギは小魚やカニを主食としています。
2. 畑にコサギがいるならば、生態の共存やここの農産物は必ず無農薬でさいばいしているとの証拠になるのです。
クロツラヘラサギとコサギは一緒に採餌する友達なのです。ですので、この料理の米は、鷺巡一等米という米を使用しました。
3. シーラーシャオーウーはミントを無農薬で栽培するのです。
4. 台南塩地の無農薬で栽培されたトマトを使用するのです。私たちが使用したトマトの名前は「イケメン」なんです。
どうしてこの名前を付けたのか。なぜならば、この種のトマトの外観は丸くて、カッコイイ男の子の頭の形と似てると言われたのですから。めっちゃ面白い理由でした。
このクロツラヘラサギの料理で皆さんにもっとたくさんのクロツラヘラサギや渡り鳥の物語を知らせたいのです。

【物語】
九月の中旬に、北風が吹く始まり、旅に出る時期だ！クロツラヘラサギのグループの先頭は長くて鳴いてから、2000キロメートルで17から20日かける旅がすぐ始まるのです。
どうやって皆を引率して、この生存の旅を完成するのか….
強風の中に、先頭のクロツラヘラサギは本当に凄いです。
先頭は強風に向いて、空気の抵抗やパートナーの体力の損耗を減るに役に立ています。
【面白い】どうしてクロツラヘラサギはアフロヘアーがあるのかな？当ててみてください。
1.先頭が飛んでいる時、強風のせいでアフロヘアーになってしまった。
2.びっくりするや怒るので、アフロヘアーになった。
3.アフロヘアーのクロツラヘラサギはカッコイイので、こうやるこそ彼女ができるので。
This small dish hides much meaning, although, it is just only a shape of the black-faced for now.
1. A part of Black-faced comes from the border between North and South Korea, also flies to the Jeju Island of southern Korea in winter. Hence we put some snacks which the shape of small fish and crab from Korea. Small fishes and shrimps are the main food of Black-faced spoonbills.
2. Egrets are in fields which means ecological coexistence and non-toxic farming. Black-faced Spoonbills and Egrets are good friends for foraging together and watch each other's back. Thus, we use the first-class of rice which name is Lu-Syun.[1]
[1]Lu-Syun rice is farmed by non-toxic farming.
3. Pesticide-free herb from the Little house - Mint leaves.
4. Pesticide-free tomatoes from Tainan which aka Handsome.
Hope that can more understand the stories of Black-faced Spoonbills and Migrant birds by this Black-faced Spoonbills dish.

【Story】
It is time to start a journey while the cold of the north wind blows in mid-September. The leader of black-faced Spoonbills will sound a long bird call, then a migrant journey of 17~20 days will begin which over 2 thousand kilometers.
How does succeed to lead the flock to complete this survival travel?
The leader bird is really cool within the strong wind.
The bird takes the lead to fly which can let other partners reduce the air resistance and the energy cost.
【Interesting】Guess, Why Black-faced Spoonbills have an Afro-hair?
1. The Afro-hair by the wind due to taking the lead to fly.
2. When being frightened or get angry so that becomes an Afro-hair.
3. Having the Afro-hair is more handsome which can get a girlfriend.

黑面琵鷺受到驚嚇和生氣或繁殖期，頭上羽毛呈現爆炸狀。
【故事】
曾經有位金門在地的嚮導跟我說，他們的黑面琵鷺好像沒看過有爆炸頭......這樣啊？
可能是......台南的黑面琵鷺比較愛生氣？其實我們也沒有親眼看過~
當長出金黃色繁殖羽，就是準備向臺灣告別的時候。
4-5月來臨時牠們將再度出發回到遙遠的北方。
黑面琵鷺有很多的天敵和好友
天敵：其中傷害罪多是野狗、遊客。
好友：大白鷺和友善的漁民。
原本魚塭會把水放乾曬太陽，漁民會刻意留下淺淺的水，讓小魚、小蝦可以生存。黑面知道了，牠們每年飛越千里而來，等來年3月的南風吹起，再依循代代相傳的飛行路線回到北方，這又將是黑面琵鷺族群新生命循環的旅行。
我們又發現了一段奇妙的四角關係，原來石虎可以救黑面琵鷺

前に、ある金門の地元のガイドさんは、「金門でアフロヘアーのクロツラヘラサギを見たことないかな！？」．．．．．そうですか？と私はショックした。
多分、台南のクロツラヘラサギは怒りん坊なのかな？ｗｗｗ
実は、私達も実際に見たこともないです～
黄色みの羽が帯びたら、台湾に別れを告げる時期になりました。
4－5月の頃、彼らは再び遥かな北部に戻ります。
クロツラヘラサギはたくさんの天敵と友達がいる。
天敵：野良犬や一部の観光客
友達：コサギと優しい漁師
昔には、漁師は養魚池の水を放水して、日の下に晒しますが、現在は、漁師さん達は、浅い水を残して、小魚やエビに生存空間をあげます。クロツラヘラサギはこれらを餌としています。来年の三月に南風が吹けば、先祖が開発した路線で北に戻るのです。これがクロツラヘラサギの一生の旅のリサイクルです。
私達は、また奇妙な四角関係を見つけました。石虎（シーフー）[ベンガルヤマネコ]は、クロツラヘラサギを救われるのです。

【Story】
Once a local guide in Kinmen said, they seemed to not watch any Black-faced Spoonbill with an Afro-hair style. Umm?
Does it maybe black-faced Spoonbills easily get angry in Tainan? Actually, we have not seen it with our own eyes either.
It's time to say goodbye to Taiwan when Black-faced Spoonbills have yellow breeding plumage.
They will return to the faraway north again when April and May coming.
Black-faced Spoonbills have many natural enemies and good friends.
Natural enemies：Among them the most harm is from stray dogs and tourists.
Good friends：Egrets and friendly fishermen.
Fish farms will be dried out for exposure to the sun; fishermen have intended to leave some water in fish farms, where have some little fishes and shrimps. Black-faced Spoonbills knew it so they fly over thousands of kilometers to come here every year. Until the next March when the south wind starts to blow, they follow the route of generations to fly back the north. This is travel for a life cycle of new Black-faced Spoonbills.
We discovered an interesting chain of relationships that leopard cats can save Black-faced Spoonbills.
