老服務生已經在希辣小屋上班10個月了
上菜前和客人一樣，要搶先拍一下照
她很會送菜，雖然是有菜單參考的無菜單料理，但她決不會送錯菜……因為大家的菜色都一樣
她還會說菜，客人來之前先認真做筆記和記菜色
只是要看當天心情……說菜的長短會隨著心情～可變長變短～
ps~短時有時只有2～3個字
客人來之前一定要不爽一下，生氣七……，客人一到馬上變成和藹可親的老服務生
在希辣小屋她擔任很重要位子～也是個狠腳色……
海鮮新不新鮮，海鮮料理熟度要剛剛好，全靠她～
蔬果、碗盤一定洗的超乾淨，衛生嚴格把關……超囉嗦
オールドいウェイトレスは希辣小屋（シーラーシャオーウー）で10ヶ月働きました
お客様と同じように、料理を出す前に、必ず写真を撮るのです。
彼女は料理運ぶのが上手です。メニューがあるお任せですが、必ず運び間違うことはないのです。なぜならば、みんなの料理は一緒ですからね！
料理を紹介するために、お客様が来る前にしっかり料理の情報を書き留めて、暗記するのです。ただし、当日の気持ちによって、紹介の内容は異なりますね！
ps~紹介をするときに、短いところは2，3個単語しか言わないのです。
いつもお客様が来る前に、怒ったりして、ムカついたりして…お客様が着たとたん、優しいオールドいウェイトレスになりがちです。
希辣小屋で、彼女はいつも重要な役を役割を担っています。やり手なのです。
海鮮が新鮮かどうか、海鮮料理の焼き加減は全部彼女に任せます。
野菜、果物、お皿などをきちんと洗って、衛生管理をしっかりするのです。面倒くさいなぁ
This server, who she has been work in the Little House for 10 months.
She would like to take a photo like a guest at the first before she starts to serves.
She is really good at serving although here has the tasting menu of the reference menu and she never serves wrong tables the reason is every table is the same dishes.
She also introduces well the dishes that she seriously takes notes and remembers all dishes before the guests come.
The introduction could be become long or short just according to the daily mood.
Ps. The short introduces would only be 2-3 words.
She must have a little bit unhappy or angry before guests come, however, she becomes an amiable server when guests arrive.
She was in an important position in the Little House as well as a tough woman.
Seafood is fresh or not, cooked just right that all rely on her.
Vegetables, fruits, and tableware must wash super clean, moreover, hygiene strictly control. She is so demanding. She is super nagging.
不論如何……我們目前倆搭檔還算順利
也完成10個月來大大小小的預約
感謝10個月以來的每一位像朋友般客人，讓我們可以繼續鬥嘴～繼續料理更棒食物給大家
